Women Leading in our New World

I was thrilled to be invited to contribute a chapter to this book: Women Leading in our New World.

I am amongst some incredible authors who come from the common place of wishing to support and inspire both men and women who are either beginning their career or seeking a new on.

Proceeds from this book will go to support Soul Sisters – a non-profit organisation who are supporting survivors and their families to live without fear.

My own chapter is called “The Road to Importance” which is about how putting the needs of others had contributed to my ill health, and I realised I instead needed to respect myself and commit to practice which would bring healing and balance into my own life.
