Mindfulness Meditation Classes

If you are plate spinning your way through life, you’ll know it’s a recipe for burnout. Feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope, perhaps you no longer recognise the person you have become? Come and join one of my meditation courses or workshops.

Foundation 1 – Mindfulness Meditation Course

Learn how meditation can help you shift your perspective so you can let go of your worries, understand why you feel anger or anxiety, make peace with your inner critic, and discover the joy of moment to moment living.

During this course, you will explore lots of different types and techniques of meditation to help you find the best fit for you, whilst being supported to deal with the various distractions that can affect your experience.

Plus, you will get to know all the amazing health benefits that meditation can bring as well as discover the incredible positive changes to your brain.

You will be given between 2-3 meditation videos each week for you to practice with at home, plus weekly handouts which detail what has been covered during the session.

In-person or online 5-week course – 1-hour sessions

Foundation 2 – Mindfulness Meditation Course

This course is for those who have attended the Foundation 1 Course and now wish to deepen their knowledge and meditation experience, whilst fine tuning their meditation skills. You will be given audio downloads for you to practice with at home.

In person or online 5-week course – 1-hour sessions

Cost of course £65

Weekly Advanced Meditation Sessions

£10 per session

This course is for those who have attended the Foundation 1 & 2 courses and wish to further their meditation knowledge, whilst maintaining a regular practice.

In-person/online sessions on Fridays (subject to availability).

9.15 – 10.15am

10.30 – 11.30am

11.45 – 12.45pm

In-person sessions are held in the Sarah Presley Training Room in Winterbourne Down
