Foundation 1 – Mindfulness Meditation Course
This Foundation 1 Mindfulness Meditation course is designed for beginners and those returning to basics.
You will learn how meditation can help you shift your perspective so you can let go of your worries, understand why you feel anger or anxiety, make peace with your inner critic, and discover the joy of moment-to-moment living.
During this course, you will explore lots of different types and techniques of meditation to help you find the best fit for you, whilst being supported to deal with the various distractions that can affect your experience.
Plus, you will get to know all the amazing health benefits that meditation can bring, as well as discover the incredible positive changes to your brain.
And most importantly, you will build a practice that can be brought into a busy life.
You will be given meditation recordings each week for you to practice with at home, plus weekly handouts which detail what has been covered during the session.

Foundation 2 – Mindfulness Meditation Course
Already familiar with the basics of meditation and ready to go a little deeper? This course is designed for those who have attended the Foundation 1 course and are ready to expand their knowledge and their meditation experience.
Each week, this course builds directly on the foundations established in Foundation 1, helping you strengthen and deepen your practice with confidence and ease. The focus is on gently expanding on what you already know, as well as developing your understanding of the concepts behind the practice. We’ll take a gentle journey towards Zen, as we settle more comfortably into awareness and develop greater stability and continuity in meditation.
Foundation 2 is ideal for those who want to nurture their practice or explore meditation more deeply within a warm and welcoming environment.

Weekly Advanced Meditation Sessions
£10 per session
This course is for those who have attended the Foundation 1 & 2 courses and wish to further their meditation knowledge, whilst maintaining a regular practice.
In-person/online sessions on Fridays (subject to availability).
9.15 – 10.15am
10.30 – 11.30am
In-person sessions are held in the Sarah Presley Training Room in Winterbourne Down
Online monthly evening sessions are also available on the following dates:
